Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Site except in accordance with our `robots.txt` and with reasonable, non-abusive rates. 8. Collect or harvest personal data about other users without their consent. 9. Send unsolicited advertising, spam, chain letters, or other promotional content. 10. Use the Services to train machine-learning or artificial-intelligence models on user-generated content or on the Operator's content without prior written permission. 11. Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of any Site component, except to the extent such restriction is prohibited by applicable law. 12. User-Generated Contributions "Contributions" means any content you submit, post, upload, or otherwise make available through the Services — including comments, profile information, uploaded files, tool inputs, and messages sent through the contact form. ### 7.1 Responsibility You are solely responsible for your Contributions. You represent and warrant that: - You own or have the necessary rights to your Contributions and to grant the licence below. - Your Contributions do not violate these Terms or any applicable law. - Your Contributions do not infringe or misappropriate any third-party intellectual-property or privacy right. ### 7.2 Licence to Us By submitting a Contribution, you grant us a **non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence** to host, store, reproduce, display, adapt, and distribute the Contribution **solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and promoting the Services** (for example, showing your comment on the relevant page). This licence continues for as long as the Contribution remains on the Services and for a reasonable period thereafter for back-up and operational purposes. You retain all ownership rights in your Contributions. ### 7.3 Moderation We do **not** pre-screen Contributions, but we reserve the right to review, edit, refuse, or remove any Contribution at our discretion — including content we believe violates these Terms, is unlawful, or is otherwise objectionable. Intellectual Property ### 8.1 Our Content Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site that is not a user Contribution — including text, graphics, layout, design, logos, images, software, and downloadable files — is owned by the Operator or licensed to us, and is protected by Swedish and international copyright and other intellectual-property laws. You may view and use such content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may quote short excerpts of articles with clear attribution and a link back to the source, consistent with fair-dealing and citation principles under Swedish law (lagen [1960:729] om upphovsrätt till litterära och konstnärliga verk). Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, will not exceed **one hundred euros (EUR 100)** or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is greater. 3. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of **Sweden**, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts, with the **Stockholm District Court** (Stockholms tingsrätt) as the court of first instance. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country. Miscellaneous - **Entire agreement.** These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and any licences accompanying specific content or tools, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. - **Severability.** If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. - **No waiver.** Our failure to enforce any right or provision is not a waiver of that right or provision. - **Assignment.** You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a transfer of the Site. - **Language.** These Terms are drafted in English.
